Delivery Information 

UK Delivery Policy

All orders are posted within 4 working days of an order being placed (this posting duration may be longer if it coincides with a bank holiday or public holiday).  Also, in the event that we are out of stock of 'Wee Healthy Bags' due to demand you (the customer) will receive an email and will be offered a refund or organise a later delivery date.  

All bags are posted Via Royal Mail Standard Delivery with proof of postage (non-tracked) and will take approximately 2 -3 working days to be delivered from the point of postage (please note that these delivery times may be longer if they coincide with bank holidays or public holidays).

Also, please note that delivery can sometimes be delayed due to external factors, for example postal strikes or bad weather conditions.) If this happens Wee Healthy Bag cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. 

Furthermore, Wee Healthy Bag cannot be held responsible for any customs tax or duty.

Cancellation Information 

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If you haven’t received your order yet please email Wee Healthy Bag at [email protected] or contact Wee Healthy Bag via the contact form on this website, stating your name, order date and contact details.  Wee Healthy Bag will then be in contact with you to organise the cancellation. 

Returns Policy

Please note that this returns policy is for online sales. All Wee Healthy Bags are checked before being sent to customers to ensure that customers only receive quality items, however, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange or return your Wee Healthy Bag within 14 days of receipt of your order, however it must be unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return your order please contact [email protected] or communicate via the contact form on this site and we will be in touch to arrange the return and will send you the returns form with return instructions. All emails will be responded to within 48 hours. You (the customer) then have a further 14 days to return your order from the point of return acceptance. If you are returning a Wee Healthy Bag please include a note inside with your name, purchase date and details of what you are returning. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded if it’s a simple return within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless the product is faulty/damaged) and customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning a bag and or bags, unless the bag and or bags are faulty or damaged. Wee Healthy Bag advises that you return your order via recorded delivery as any missing item is you (the customers) responsibility. Wee Healthy Bag is not responsible for any returns that go missing or become damaged when being returned back. Once your return is received Wee Healthy Bag will be in touch via email to notify you that we have received your return. The return item and or items will be inspected to ensure that the item or items are in an unused and original condition. Once a return has been accepted an email will be sent to you and all refunds will be processed with 14 days of the bag or bags being received back.
